That movie, though, sounds depressing as hell. No pun intended

Lars Von Trier’s films are usually depressing. But so wonderful. I can’t wait for this to open in Australia

This is a very depressing movie and the soundtrack only brings you to greater depths of despair. Some unusual and sometimes beautiful imagery but it doesn’t diminish the depth at which this movie can bring you down. Kirsten nude scene was the only light in this somewhat dark movie. It finally showed what a real women’s body can look like and how her character was moving from her depressive state to something more normal as the world was coming to an end. I can not recommend this movie especially if you have a depressed nature to begin with.
Well, FL, Like Neil Young said before playing Don’t Let It Bring You Down, “Here’s a song that’s guaranteed to bring you right down.”
I don’t think anyone will confuse this movie with rom-com. If they do, they already need medication.
I would say, don’t watch it if you’re depressed.
