We sue Obamandius and everyone who voted “yes” in both houses of Congress for Racketeering in connection to all the bribes and deals associated with ObamaCare. It will be a class action, of course–I’m not that greedy.
Damages? Hell, the irony of the Trial Lawyer’s Association and the Lawyer’s Guild helping out is deliciously damaging, but I digress…
How about $1 trillion? Yeah, it’s only $3,300 apiece for everyone–but we can exclude Louisiana, Nebraska, Florida and everyone in the states who got sweetheart deals. (Hey, I know it’s technically not your fault, but you did elect these thieves. So, man up.) That should increase our individual awards a tad.
Then some of us might pool our money and buy neat stuff–like GM, or BNY. Who’s in? Hey, anyone want to go in on an insurance company?

$3,300?? Donate my cut to Chile. Fuck Haiti.
As things stand, do you think this bill can be fought on RICO grounds?
There are going to be state suits, constitutional challenges–you name it.
I’m just playing Cloward Piven–throw more shit at them all at once than they can handle. Of course, I’m mostly joking–mostly.
There will be constitutional challenges a-plenty if they deem and pass tomorrow.
What is steaming my clams is the lack of transparency from beginning to end. Hide the info, deliberate in secret, vote on weekends and vacations, pass bills without details to be decided later, and then pass it without voting on it to protect the guilty.
Where are the f*cking riots??? Where are the pitchforks and fire?
Whoa…the dems just decided not to deem and pass, which can be a good thing, or a bad thing.
And TEA Partiers are descending on DC like nobody’s business!! WHOO HOO!!!!
That’s just crazy enough to work….
oh, and fuck Mark Knoller
Knoller:
Someday some arsewipe is going to have to actually defend the use of Lincoln or Kennedy’s name when engaging in invokery, and they are going to also be asked if they really understand what that individual was about and the true historical significance of the things they did.
I hope to be there so I can cackle maniacally at just the right moment.
I like that RICO idea.
